On December 19 this year at the invitation of Chargé d’Affaires Gonzalo Fournier of the Embassy of Spainб the Deputy CEO of BMB Trade Group company Khayrulla Nabijonov attended a reception on the occasion of cultural-business Spanish evening with the writer Javier Moro, laureate of the “Planet” award.
During the event, issues of further development of Uzbek-Spanish trade and economic relations were discussed with a representative of the Embassy of Spain, and successful investment and export projects of BMB Trade Group Company were presented. Furthermore, Mr Fournier’s attention was drawn to BMB Za’faron, the high-quality saffron product under a national brand.
In his turn, G.Fournier pointed out high demand for saffron products in the Spanish market and expressed interest in further discussing prospects of establishing cooperation between BMB Trade Group and representatives of business circles on a mutually beneficial basis as well as import of Uzbek saffron.
Following the talks, the sides agreed to hold further meetings to discuss in detail specific investment and export projects with Spanish businessmen interested in partnership with BMB Trade Group.
On the whole, the event took place in a friendly and businesslike atmosphere and contributed to further expansion of the company’s international economic relations with the Spanish business community.
